| Oh Fuk | they look like outside of the town CMN, where land is cheaper I am trying to buy something near the centre, and land price is about 35,000 per sq wah, I think noisier but more like a life! I did get given an architect name by Marmers, but in Bkk. Any good ones in CM? make life easier, and cheaper

| Tiling, even grade 'a' tiling is ridiculously cheap. 180 baht a squars metre. The overall cost to tile my house plus the 2 bathrooms was no more than 24,000. that was in the cost of the house mind you. |

| The Dog | Standard of materials to finish, tiles go upto 1,000baht per sq met, granite upto 5,000baht per sq met, in that pic he has used solar glass which is the most expensive, things like taps start at 75baht and go upto 5,000baht, silly little things like that soon add up though
