if i don't hurry up and buy one off someone quick, don't think my wife will be welcoming me back.

^ Probably cheaper up there. Depends upon if there's a 'dormant' line nearby that can be moved and how much cable they have to nick from the stores to do the job Then they have to give a backhander to someone in admin to 'adjust' the records of where the line is.
