I'm looking for a friend of mine, any of you guys on TD have or know of a decent 2 bedroom condo for rent or a good sized 1 bedroom anywhere along Sukhumvit up to On-Nut.

I have a studio in Prime 11 Condominium which is in Sukhumvit 11, if you have been there you would know that Sukhumvit 11 is one of the liveliest sois in the entire Sukhumvit, it has the best atmosphere in the entire Bangkok in my opinion (this is why i bought the unit). I think that this studio would be excellent for your friend.
Here is a description of the studio: The studio is located on the 22nd floor of the Prime 11 Condominium Sukhumvit 11.
This studio has a balcony that gives an excellent unblocked view of the vibrant Bangkok city life and is fully furnished with LCD TV 32 inch screen, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, dinner table, washing machine, kitchenware etc
For your information, The Prime 11 building is a brand new luxurious condominium located on the high end area of Sukhumvit 11.
The facilities of the building include a resort style swimming pool, fitness/weightlifting gym, jacuzzi, sauna etc.
The building also has a 24 hour security service, hotel style reception desk with professional staff, lounge for guests, garden next to the lounge.
Other perks include free wifi and satellite tv containing international channels
Prime 11 is located only about two minutes away from the BTS Station Nana, so traveling becomes cheaper and more convenient.
The Sukhumvit soi is full of restaurants, shops and convenient stores so living there is actually quite comfortable. You can check this soi out yourself to confirm this. You will notice that the most of the people are there are also westerners, there is a large community of expats hanging out there. So your friend wont have to worry if he does not speak much Thai, I'm sure that the Thai people there can speak some broken English.

I dont know if your friend is looking for an apartment as luxurious as this one, but the rent that i am asking for is only 23,000 baht /month which is well below market price. More importantly, it is quite within your friend's budget.
