Around 1.2 million for this studio or whatever the current market rate is. Includes furniture TV Washer and everything you need really. Condo has nice unrestricted view, good facilities, new, modern style and not far from airport, Onnut BTS is within walking distance. For more details see my initial post. Rental rate provides a good return, or live there yourself. I just painted and refurbished the place and it looks great. May consider another tenant for long term rental only.
