Very big boutique lobby with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, swimming pool, fitness, sauna, roof garden, uninterrupted view, parking, keycard, 24h security. Very private location, yet just 200 m to Ekamai BTS. Foreign freehold.

2. What is the size of each room?

3. Is it already finished, ready to be furnished and then to move in?

Yes, location is real good. Very private.
I need to sell it quickly, my last price is 3,55. If you buy for yourself.
46 sqm is total. never measured rooms separately.
It is not furnished, 2 aircons and good quality bathroom. Actually everything is of a decent quality, including common area. This is not a budget project.
I can help with ideas for layout and advise on furniture.
