I am looking for a 6 month or 1 year rental in the Soi Ari area in the 25,000B range.
Any recommendations appreciated. I have seen Novel Place and it is a little tired.

There are cheaper places available. 15000 a month for a penthouse suite at Sarasinee mansion Condo can't be bad for three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as two balconies, a living room and kitchen.

15 K doesn't get you the penthouse suite at Sarasinee.

Sarasinee penthouse suite is 25 K a month.

Great place to live is Ari - I spent 2003 living there but can't remember the condo.

I'm in Ari now, but the landlord has increased my rent and I'm moving out.

Can someone give me a link to that Sarasinee place, and does anyone have any others?

Lumpini Place is at the next BTS stop at Saphan Kwai. They usually have a few nice units available in the 15-25k range.

Saw this on Craigslist, furnished studio near bts for 15k. Fully furnished studio for min 3 mth contract, 3 min walk fr BTS

Noble lite condo is a good place...at Ari soi 1...25000 baht/m .. you will get 1 bedroom and 1 living room...

Luecha Exclusive Apartments are located next to Sanam Pao BTS next stop down from Ari. Excellent accommodation in 2 towers maintained professionally and with a superb swimming pool.

Ranging from 1 bed studios to 3 bed apartments good value accommodation can be had between 18000 - 25000 per month on 1 year leases. They don't stiff you for the deposit either.

Security is good - it's owned by the former head of Bangkok's traffic police who holds a Xmas bash for all the residents next to the pool.

The only downside is the army parade ground opposite plays host to an annual fair for 2 weeks when the music can drive one insane. Otherwise all was peachy.
