The developers have said one our size, furnished would go for 20k a month, and they are happy to deal with the administration and finding a tennant for a charge of one months rent, they told us they already have people on the waiting list for them (How true this is I cannot tell obviously).

You have to compare the Condos.

This condo is called Vista Garden...the only units they have left now are with shitty views or too low..and they wat 8,000 baht a sq metre more than I am asking...its all about quality..but each to his own...no hard sell here

At 20,000 thats almost 8% return. I would certainly be interested at that sort of return.

Got any pics?

If you want to send me your e-mail address I will send you as much info and a pic of the two towers....I cant show you the actual condo as it is not as yet accessible..if you are still interested after that I can send you a brouchure.

Send to:

chaingmaihigh[at]yahoo.com

I would also have to check that you would be able to buy it. I have brought it in my Wife's name so the 49% foreign ownership does not come into play. If you wanted to own it in your name I would have to check first

My folks have just bought a studio in Jomtien bigger than the app in the Op but just under 3 mill. Simular studios are renting for 25,000 a month, 1 bedroom condo about 35,000 a month (they are renting one for that at the moment). Thers some very nice high end projects going up around Jomtien (more outskirts)
It sounds good but you have to factor in agency charges, occupation rates, common charges, wear and tear ect

What name is the block it's in? Winning Tower? That's a crumbling wreck.

It seems I don't have enough posts yet to send you a PM.

What is the size of each room?

I plan to be in Bangkok in October and if you don't sell it by then I'd be interested in seeing it.
