Sapahn Lek, China town is the place for you. Hundreds of paint ball shops. Or buy a Thai magazine from the book shop and show the it to a taxi driver who can take you there.

Plenty of places around Klong Tom market in BKK. A Thai guy I know has a BB Gun field and he buy's his supplies here
