Where to buy silver jewellery in BKK?

I want to buy some silver rings, but all I ever see are gold shops, must say that I don't like gold jewellery one bit, and the ones I've gone into haven't had any silver.

Is there any region in BKK that deals in silver jewellery?

    Cheers.

    silver rings

I was once "conned" by Tuk tuk driver into taking me to Tailors shop, Jewellry shop etc. but at the Jewellers they had excellent silver rings (.927) and the price ws cheaper than UK. As mentioned round Khaosan Road, also evening stall on Sukhumvit near Soi 9.

Agree on KS road. Went there 2 months ago with my brother, he bought a 720 gram(!) necklace. 23000B.

It was supposed to be 927 silver (92.7%), but turned out to be 95% when he brought it to be valued in Finland. They also valued it to ~1000 Euro, so a good buy indeed.

Shop is on the left side, 50m in when entering from Burger King.

There are a load of silver wholesale shops up around the shangrila hotel...Its years since I have been there but you get off at Saphan Taksin station on the Skytrain and they can be found easily around there.

Most of it is sold by weight but here are a few that sell single pieces.

    Loads of shops
