There is no "open and close". It is not in a shop. They just have coin operated computer machines with no chairs. You have to satnd and use the computer. its really nice after traveling for 25 hours to have to stand and check your email.

The airport never closes. Especially if you are a yellow shirt.

If you are red you are shot for committing malfeasance or something.

No internet cafes inside the concourse... Not sure about out at the arrivals / departures areas...

If you have your own laptop you can get internet access via WiFi anywhere in the airport... Just enable WiFi on the LT, launch a browser and it will route you to a website to purchase some time... No printers...

If you are Thai Air Royal Silk, you can get into their lounge which has a business center w/internet & printers, showers, free food & liquor...

If you are trying to print an E-ticket or boarding pass, why not just go to the ticket counter for the airline you are flying, show them your passport and they'll look up your reservation and print you a boarding pass...

There is an internet "shop" at the departure level, in the corner all the way down at the far end of the building, left side.
