That's a CBR400. Heard about the guy.
He cannot even ride proper. 400CC is already too big for his set of riding skills.

I know the guy as well.

He's not the greatest or most skilled at getting his knee down, but for touring and adventuring you don't need to be.
He doesn't boast of being a riding god like some other biker gangs out there, he just get's out there and does his thing.

Regarding bikers, i had a lot of respect for them back in the UK, but here, i have no respect for the 2 wheeled lemmings that assume an oncoming car will move out of the way just because their side of the traffic is stood still. A biker experience the wrath of my driving when i refused to stop or slow down when he insisted on driving the wrong side of the lane, which resulted in him nearly losing control, it gave him a nasty shock though, with much enjoyment from myself. His ranting was met by my police friend who was fortunately in the car with me at the time.

I'm just curious, as i ride a bike myself. Have the expats adopted the Thai style of suicidal riding?

I hate that as well. I've been there and seen a farang drone just pull out on his scooter like a thai would without looking.
Some truly are native in that respect.
One thing I do is never be in the cycle lane completely as often you have a thai pull out and head in your direction, squeezing two bikes through that lane at once ain't easy!
Sometimes highway riding can be worse than in the towns and cities...
