Train station near Sukhumvit 33?

Hi

I am taking the night train from Nong Khai down to BKK, and I need to be at the Norway Embassy in Sukhumvit 33 (Phrom Pong BTS) as early as possible the next day. Should I try to get off somewhere before Hua Lamphong to save time?

I'd get the subway from Hua Lamphong to Sukhumvit station and then jump on the sky train from Asoke to Phrom Pong.
