After a jog in which I found that my right knee still isn't 100%, I took in some weights and sit ups in Chatuchak Park and then took a break and sat down.

I'd noticed a couple of other guys warming up with the weights and talking and then one of them left. The other guy came up to me and said "Are you a boxer" (cos I was wearing Red Bull black shorts) and then started a conversation about himself. He was obviously gay, and didn't try and hide the fact (Well, he was 'cruising' me I think) and it turns out he's a pop singer recording an album. He gae me his MySpace address and it turns out he's quite popular in Thailand.

I could have done the whole 'sensational' "queer pop star cruised me in park" but I don't think I'll bother now. In fact he just added my msn to his list of contacts.

Anyway I was massaging my leg and he reckoned that my left was bigger than my right, I said "where?" and you guessed it, he touched my leg. He "copped a feel". He could be boasting to his gay mates for all I know.

Anyone have any similar circumstances?

I used to visit a 50-50 club in BKK and one night a bloke put his hand on my arse and asked me if I'd like to dance....So I did - when he removed his hand I stopped - when he put it back I danced.....This went on for an hour or so....It was weird.....Another time I was in the public lavatories at........

Went to boyz town in Pattaya once to have a drink with one of the other ajarns at my school and his partner. One of the waiters said to me, "I just love bears," and gave me a wink. A strange topic of conversation and wasn't quite sure what to say. So I mumbled something about bears being nice, but tigers and elephants are pretty cool also. Now it was the waiters turn to look confused.

The ajarn later explained to me that a bear is gay slang for hairy, masculine guys.
