Alcohol in Lumpini park

Anyone know if you take in and drink your own wine and beer into Lumpini park. If I remember rightly, they cannot sell beer, but not sure about consuming your own?

No, you may not consume alcohol in the park, if it's red wine then just put it in a Ribena bottle.

I have bought a beer from a restaurant located inside the park as well as from a drink seller.

^yes if my memory serves me correctly its a "one can trip" from one side to the other - two if you stop to let the kids feed the fish
