Anyone else spotted this guy?

I was out and about earlier doing a few messages and i spotted this guy on North Sathorn road, close to Rama 4 junction, i stopped and had a quick chat, he said he is from Finland but has always lived on the streets (fuck knows how he got to Thailand) the fucker has nothing, a genuine farang tramp in Bangers. He was drinking whisky from a green tea bottle, he offered me some but i declined. Told me he was looking for NaNa plaza, i kid you not, he said he knew a girl there. i told him he was in the wrong part of town and gave him instructions of how to find it. He was stinking and very dirty. Amazing that he is not locked up as i can not imagine how he could get over a border and back, they would not permit him entry.

Said he was heading to Pattaya soon, i told him he would be in good company down there, slipped him 50 baht and continued my days runnings.

He is a bit dirty, but he has better dress sense than the clown with a PDA attached to his belt in another thread. I think he may be taking the piss.

Fred the Wolverhampton ring road tramp had a secret stash of cash worth thousands of pounds, the Express & Star can reveal today.
The money will be enough to pay for his funeral with more to spare which will go to the state if no relatives come forward.
Council chiefs organising his send-off revealed the 86-year-old, who lived in a tent on Ring Road St John’s for 30 years, had an “amount of money” stored away which will be used to cover his funeral costs.
They refused to say how much although it is believed Fred saved up thousands of pounds in untouched pension money over more than 20 years.
The tramp, whose real name was Josef Stawinoga, died on October 28 from pneumonia.
Thousands of people across the world have sent messages in his tribute since his death. Dozens of floral tributes have also been left at his ring road home.

Fans are now calling for a statue or plaque to be installed. A fund has been set up to raise money with £200 already collected.
Council spokesman Tim Clark said: “There is an amount of money for which the council is acting as a trustee.
“Some of that will be used to pay for the funeral expenses.”
