Help Please.Taxi Fare & Bus Station Location

A friend who is flying into Suvarnabhumi shortly has asked a couple of questions, which I am unable to answer. Could anyone please help? Thanks.

    1. How much for taxi from airport to city centre (Bangplad)

    2. The location of the Southern bus station I think is straight across the road from the hotel (River City Hotel) ? If anyone knows which bus to jump on its only 35 Baht to town. Hotel want 1200 Baht, which seems dear.

If you are smart you go up to departures and get a taxi that has just dropped someone off. Insist the meter is used and it'll come in at under 200B.

River city hotel is on the river opposite balamphoo and about a 75 baht taxi ride to the southern bus terminal.

SD advenue I believe would be the closest hotel. 1066 baht. SD Avenue hotel BangkokThailand SD Avenue Riverside

yeah royal city is pretty close.

Don't take the bus - take a taxi.

about 300-350 baht to that hotel i would guess from the airport.

yes at 1200 baht they are ripping you off.

Buses are ok but why take three times as long just to save $10, not to mention lugging ya luggage around.
