At the Baiyoke Hotel, the top floor lunch buffet costs THB 720 if you're a foreigner, THB 340 if you are Thai.

However, if you're foreign and you go with a Thai, then they will charge you both the Thai price.

A bargain at twice the price !

I had lunch there once and it was fooking shite, it was over 5 years ago though so hopefully things have improved.

don't know about lunch but for dinner it shares with dusit resort as worst 'class' buffet...something like 650-700 each, excellent food but stunningly poor selection.
