Best Thai massage places in Bangkok

Looking for suggestions. Not the seedy looking place where the over-makeuped staff are asleep but magically all wake up and stare at you with a "Hello welcume" mind-control gaze the second you hesitate outside to read their pricelist.

    Right.

Because that's what all attention seeking multinick trolls do: ignore people paying them attention.

Try Tarntip on Sukhumvit Soi 7/1...Contrary to the seedy location, this is a good place for a decent massage...Nice facilities, too...

Haven't been in some time...Market prices for that area of Bangkok...Some days they used to have special rates, as well...

Most of the old staff had left when I last went...Normal for most places...Only thing constant is change...

    Mate, then I'll pass.

For ambiance then Raintree Spa, 1/2 way down Soi 11 on the left is a place you could bring your granny to. 350 for a foot massage.
Central waterfountain, background music ... you are well treated there.

For value, the Sois opposite OnNut TESCO (back up Sukhumvit Rd towards OnNut road) also the back entrance to the Big C there.
From memory, the foot massages are about B 140 and the oils are about B 300.

Used to go to May's Massage on a small Soi off Asoke Rd, opposite Soi Cowboy and a bit further down ... but, they really try and bruise you there (foot massage), but convenient if not assed to travel to OnNut.

Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago ...
