Good sale on at the Emporium

I needed some shoes, haven't had any since Xmas so popped in the department store in the old emporium.

I picked up one pair, they were 20% off and came to just over 5000 baht. I was just about to buy them, then I saw a sign next to the escalator saying all shoes 2,999 baht, so I told the guy to put them to one side and I will be back after I've had a look there.

The guy(robbing Thai Cnut) runs over mumbling something, then I notice the same pair of shoes in there.
Then he mentioned something about that being the only store in there that can sell them so cheap and that I was lucky to get them because their sale ends today.

Anyway, I bought 2 pairs of shoes, both made in Italy, one pair priced at 8500 baht, some are priced up at over 9000 baht but you can have any pair for 2999. So if you are quick, it ends tonight at 10pm

By now your feet should be so calloused that you shouldn't need them.

Just out of curiosity, to what venue do you wear 9000B Italian shoes in Thailand?

Shoe store on the corner of Soi 11. Loafers 2800B, etc.. good enough for walking through the odd puddle.
If I was 20 years younger and on the pull at Bed or Oops sorry being sought after at Bed. .. then maybe 9000B but...

Moving swiftly on, there's 20% off all the Lazyboys (no typo)on the top floor in there.

I'm sure the material ones worked out around 18,000 baht

Ahh now you're talking. Used to love my La Z boy in the UK. Does it also come in ponce leather as well?

I'm sure it was about 65,000 before the discount for the leather. Nice but lavish

    Cheap bastard.
Go to Bata - I'm sure there's one in Suphan.

    Buy yourself some proper footwear.

Dillinger with a manbag. It was only a matter of time before he followed his heroes into the world of meterosexuality...

The missus bought me some shoes from bata, the right shoe was talking to me in a week. She wouldn't take them back.

    Buy cheap, buy twice

Heh Betty - he is busy already putting his size 10 (well, really a size 6 but as a bloke he exaggerates) up my ringer.

    Wait your turn!
