Motorbike racers clog main roads
About 200 young motorcycle racers defied traffic laws and turned Phetchaburi and Rama IX roads into a racing track about 6am yesterday, causing annoying delays for other road users. The riders raced past a roadblock set up by Huay Kwang police, running down one policeman who was sent to nurse his injuries at Police General hospital.
