I know a couple people who live on Soi 22 and when I described what that old thai guy looked like, they said they knew him by sight.. Some had seen him walking up and down that Soi for years and years.

hes recovering. still very sore and he will need weekly visits to the doc for the next 6 weeks.

the attackers have been requested to attend the police station, but have as yet not turned up. they will be asked again after one week, and then after another 7 days if there is another no show then i gather an arrest warrant will be enforced.

a week after the incident one of the attackers apparently sought hospital treatment for injuries received at the hands of the ninety year old, injuries that were not reported at the time of the incident.

i am confident that eventually, justice will be delivered and the attackers will be punished for their despicable and violent attack on a frail partially sighted old man.

Its on the corner of sukhumvit soi 22 and sukhumvit road. Next to the 7.11 on sukhumvit. It consists of 2 adjacent bars with the same name, occupying the unit on the corner of soi 22 and sukhumvit. One faces onto sukhumvit, the other one faces onto soi 22.

Both of them are low rent shitholes, with scuzzy staff and even scuzzier customers, the sort of characters you see coming out of croydon betting shops at 11am on a monday morning with a daily mirror under their arm, a dog end hanging out of their mouth, clutching an aldi bag full of cider cans and coughing up big yellow oysters.

I hope that paints a good enough picture for you.
