Yes it's just past the Woraburi, same side.
I rented an apartment for 6 weeks earlier this year. Slightly sparse but very clean, all worked and the staff there were very helpful and friendly.
I only occupied the room for about 18 days of this, if you are staying in Bangkok, it might be a bit claustrophobic.

I did not book it from a website, i just walked in an asked after being told about the place.I only saw the room i used.
I paid for the time rented plus the same amount as a deposit.
Deposit returned in cash, no problem on check out, minus the electricity @ 6bht a unit.
i really had no problem with the place.

As far as the electric goes, they read it every week and offered to show me units used every reading.

i worked out it is a great bargain, i stayed in a shithole for a few days last year at 800 a night, this would work out at 24,000 for 30 days while the place i hope to stay at, with a pool, works out about 18,000 result, cheers
