That plus the cheap labour and cost of living. It didn't take long to find the whores though, without even looking. Just cruise around after 10 PM and look for dingy bars with christmas lights out the front if you're out in the sticks. I haven't been to a Thai town, even the smallest places, without tripping over whore houses as soon as the sun goes down. There are no signs in english with price lists. They attempt to be a little subtle and generally under the guise of karaoke or Lao Khao bars, but it's pretty fucking obvious dude I mean c'mon. For day time pleasure just order a massage girl. Simple game for simple minds.
