Well I've been approached to open a bar in a not too bad location near my place. The owner is keen for a 'bar beer' c/w sexy ladies and I've got the nod to proceed. She may even have been talking about short time rooms upstairs!

short time rooms are always a problem, to rent rooms you need a hotel license, to get a hotel license you need more than 11 rooms, vicious circle that one....
