I don't think you will have much luck finding townhouses on websites in that price range that are close to MRT or BTS. Better to launch a expedition in the area you are interested in and look for signs but make sure you bring someone who reads Thai.

Just do a walk around, stop and ask the motorcycle guys. Dead easy, there'll be millions in that price range.

Look for a townhouse in a moobahn with a gate and a guard. Farangs living in detached townhouses in the city are choice prey to thieves.

i need McDonalds and KFC and chefs XP mate I think the jellyfish eat all the fish there too. Those fukkers on jetskis and the fishing boats dont help either, that or I'm shit at fishing

Just thought I'd update this, I found a big 3 bed, 2 bath end townhouse with a big balcony and a shower in the downstair bathroom, fully furnished 12k a month.
The first Songtaew driver the Missus asked, his Mum is married to some septic and she speaks really good English considering , seems quite nice

Its a fair distance to the BTS though, probably 2 kms, but I have a pushbike and will chain that to the railings there and keep fingers crossed its still there when I get back. That or get a mocy or sontaew

Moving in tomorrow, brought a few bottles of champers for the house warming, I'd give you all the address to pop around, but I dont have it on me
