    Peak Times at Airport

What are the peak times at Suvarnabhumi Airport? Are they day-time hours or at night? We will be arriving at 2230 on April 2nd and clearing immigration upon arrival.

Also, we will depart Thailand on April 29th at 0125. Will there be long lines to contend with to depart at that hour?

Thank you for any information which you can provide. It has been a couple of years since we made our trek to Thailand.

I would say you are traveling at "Peak times" possibly at this time of year it won't be so crowded?

I suspect that the midnight'ish flights are geared to hit the European airports when they open at 6am+ so many flights then.

I normally arrive mid afternoon and leave at midday and have rarely found any problem with queues.

You should be alright, especially on departure. The worse lines in the departure area are in the mid morning. 2230 hours should be late enough not to be really bad.
Good luck to you. Be sure to fill out the arrival and departure card on the airplane, most times the flight attendants pass them out or have them available, that'll help get you first in line among those on your flight.

I agree there is not much one can do about, but I was trying to determine if we needed more than the recommended time to get through and not miss a flight.
