Is There A Good Tech Who Sets Up Electric Guitar In Bangkok?

Hey Guys, Is There A "Good Tech" Who Set Up Electric Guitar In Bangkok? perhaps Central World?
As in a "Good" tech who knows what he's doing...
Last time I gave my old guitar to a guitar shop's tech near my place at Central Bangna 5th floor,
unfortunately, the guy had no idea what he was doing.. or he's just not putting in the effort to do it..
now I just bought a second-handed guitar Fender 57'Stratocaster reissue from the year 1993
which it has been quite a while since it got repair / maintenance,
so the truss rod, action, intonation, and pick up height, etc are kinda off and needs a proper set up.
as people always say "after a proper set up with a truly good guitar tech, it really makes a difference."
and that is true! so point is,
do you guys know a tech that does a good job on setting up guitars at central world/very nearby place?
a tech that's trustable and does put in the effort and at least knows what he's doing..
it would be great if you cold give me the tech's name / phone#,
(would be best if the tech could speak a little english, if not, it's fine too)

ps. pls don't tell me search youtube and do it myself.. I know it's not that difficult
but at least not for now and not this time, and it's not safe. I may be able to do it right but never better than a trained pro tech.

Any Reply Will Be Highly Appreciated. Cheers And Thank You. =D

Hmmm....been thinking about this. You will probably not be able to find the kind of expert you are looking for here in Bangkok.
Adjusting the action and pick up height are pretty straightforward processes of trial and error and not dangerous.

But I wouldn't let any Thai attempt to move the truss rod or things could get really screwed up.

Most of the other things you want can take an hour or so to do properly and if you do find someone who seems o.k. you might want to stick with them whilst they work so that you learn something. There are hundreds of places that will say " sure, we can do that ' but they might not have the patience it takes to do it perfectly. This is why it is best to do it yourself ( except the truss rod ) by making small adgustments to bridge height and pick up height. If you go too far you can always go back a turn or two.

You have to ask yourself if your guitar is playable as it is and how good a guitarist are you ? If you are still a beginer then even the best set up in the world won't make you a better guitarist anymore than buying the most expensive set of golf clubs will improve your handicap. Would be nice if it was so simple to make progress.

I always set up my own guitars now and I learnt by trial and error. Fortunately, as long as you don't go filing down frets to improve the action ( as I once did ) you can't mess things up so bad that they can't be put right with more effort.

Very interesting piece of information there my good friend.

Joe Cummings, Ex Lonely Planet dude.

I'll be in Bangkok this January so I'll slip down to Eddie's gaff, drink some of his quality ales and get my funk on.

    Cheers for that.

Free piss for me Eddie or I'll burn your new gaff down.
