Bangkok Love Story

Saw this last night as I have a great new torrent site running at speed, so am catching up on some Thai movies.

A hitman who falls in love....but it ain't your normal story, it is well written, nicely photographed and the theme of the film doesn't offend straight folks like myself at all. In fact it's so well told that it's moving at times. Good action too.

A few scenes for all the bored hetero men out there who are curious.

A good, bittersweet film.

"The Wedding Banquet"

It's a very good film first and a gay movie a distant second. Maybe other films I would rate similarly are out there.

Haha, I downloaded this last year, snuggled up with the missus to watch it, we both looked at each other at the same time, after around 10 minutes when they both jump into bed together

I tend to read the reviews now

They don't just 'jump into bed together'.....it's a gradual thing until the bath scene.

You're telling me that only gays are supposed to enjoy that film? It's not just the two men rolling about in bed for 110 minutes, there's shoot 'em ups, a nice female lead, and great scenes of Bangkok.

Great film. Good to see a bit of cinema art rather than the predictable hollywood formula.
