| Well I just wanted to know if that's his main job. As a teacher I'm prepared to accept abuse (if that's what floats his boat) from somebody who has a real job. I can look at myself in the mirror and know that, though I'm far from the best teacher in the world, I'm trying (and occasionally suceeding) in making a difference to a child's life chances and/or world outlook.
Despite my cheap (albeit hand-tailored) shirts and resoled shoes, I'd rather have my vocation than put on records (i.e. someone else's music) and claim to have a 'talent'. |
