Nice area and convenient location. They change bed linen twice a month if needed (300THB). Great staff, the landlord lives next to the unit and he is very helpful and kind. Can be of interest for those who is just coming to the city and planning to search for the accommodation. I will leave this month or next. So you will have 2 or 3 months. And you can prolong the contract later if you like.
