True, Jet.
Those who casually but frequently follow politics, economic, foreign affairs, and current events are understandably, more informed than those that don't.

Low-Info Voter
Dummy Voter
Low-Info voters don't follow issues very much, but they do consistently vote. They can learn and educate themselves on issues during campaigns, but they don't get too deep. That's why candidates appear on Jay Leno, Dave Letterman and interview with
People magazine. An attempt to get likeability.
The Dummy vote is for people that really don't know much at all, and these people will vote under certain circumstances (such as Obama's energetic and popular campaign, or voting in a knee-jerk response to 9/11).
