Agree. It certainly did get way too much air time. Let's not forget, it was McCain who brought it to prominence in the debate, not the liberal media.

The media I saw did report on this when the McCain campaign made an issue of Joe the plumber. Obama's reply, "we have to distribute the wealth" should not come as a big surprise. Taxation by anyone's definition is a redistribution of wealth. The argument between liberals and conservatives centers around who should be the beneficiary of the "redistribution".
