You do NOT ant to ride Riggers CR unless you like having your arms pulled out of their sockets and spend half the time riding keeping the front wheel on the ground.

If you are serious I'm sure the good people here can find exactly what you want.

What exactly do you want? (to ride)?

A very fair and friendly point. Cheers

I'm looking for a 250 - 500 trials type bike. Something I can use off road a bit but also on the tarmac. I don't want to spend too much money and I don't need to go too fast (not around here anyway) reliability, a bit of torque, availability of spares. A strong frame and forks (I'm 100 plus)

    Budget............ 40 - 50.

I stated that the engine was worth 150 GBP, they charged me I think 20% . however the engine was worth more than that, but the mistake was that I described the engine as used, thinking it would reflect the low cost price, MISTAKE, Authorities stated they do not allow used euipment into Thailand and charged me 300$ to change the description to NEW, Tossers, that was for each shipment. If you can change the invoice price do so and the new /old description, I assume that you have a Thai clearance Co, check with them, if you must falsify the original invoice

What he said. I regularly ship in parts, engines, machinery, etc, etc... Having a Thai company that takes care of the whole "Nine Yards" is easier and allow you more control and able to hold the Thai company accountable for mishaps. Plus they have to pay all upfront before delivering goods to your premises. It is in their best interests to keep import duties costs to a minimum.

Thats what I do, misunderstood, you need to keep the invoice price low, but what about new/old parts I got caught with that one, Travelmate how do you describe your parts ,new/old

invoice price you always quote on the unreasonably low side. Customs officer will always correct it for you. I have had one engine in used and had that relegated to scrap metal and only paid scrap value. The new ones I declare at least 50% less of actual value.
So new parts describe as new.
Old are described as scrap or samples. I alway seem to get some troubles when I insert term "used" on the invoice.
