^ Whoever does it, whoever their vote goes to, I despise voter fraud.
Sadly, I am sure their are examples from both sides- Rove's was just on a more organised scale and, if you remove morals from the equation, smarter.
It makes a total mockery of the Democratic process, and the democratic ethos.
