    I know the guy here in udon that makes the BBQ's makes them, he made one for the Irish clock and Steve is very happy with it.

    So a "salamander grill" preferably gas is indeed what I'm looking for.

    Anyone got one for sale? Second hand is good. It doesn't need to be huge.

    That's the problem. We had a used commercial drinks fridge for the center (broken or you could have had it for free - plus transport JJ), really nice efficient & bright, but very expensive to run!

    Thanks for the thought. I think we've resolved the refrigerator issue it's the

    Salamander grill that we're searching for now..
