Naming Rights of New Cardiff City Ground

Inevitably, the commercial needs for funding will probably mean that the stadium gains a sponsor's name. An early option was the sale to lifelong Bluebirds supporter Mike Young, the creator of the children's animation series SuperTed.[27]
In August 2007, chairman Peter Ridsdale revealed that the club had reduced a £24 million debt to Swiss based financiers Langston agreed under the chairmanship of Sam Hammam to £15 million, by agreeing to sell the stadiums naming rights to Langston for £9 million.[28]
On August 12th 2008, Cardiff City played Bournemouth in the English League Cup where in the programme, it stated that the new stadium name will be called "BMW Stadium" and naming rights were sold in May 2008 to Car Manufacturer BMW for a reported £9.7 million.

But still very disappointed with Cardiff's result tonight, not as much as I thought due to thinking we had lost after seeing it 1-0 in the 89th minute and gave up until I received a text message from back home saying we had equalized!!

    Coventry top of the league!!!!!

haha fair play lads I will let you have your moment but think Bolton are singing the same song right now and we all know they aint gonna be there for long

Believe me Red I can assure you mine and Mr Pot's posts are purely tongue in cheek as we were top at the start of last season and we all know how the season ended. (A big thank you again to Stokes goalie for relegatring the knicker stitchers from down the M69).

However, as the Bluenose says got to be pleased with our start.

my links Cov and Warwickshire via the laptop. Got the piss taken out of me for listening to it downstairs whilst drinking. looks funny with a huge laptop and a pair of headphones; might as well have a ghettoblaster. Subscription ran out today 40 quid to get back up and running

CMN do you get your link from your clubs website? direct link to the local radio doesn't allow you to listen live; any way around without paying up?

bbc radio wales is blocked for overseas users, same as all the local beeb radio stations on Saturday afternoons.

I listen to BBC radio Cymru the welsh language station, they share the time equally between Swansea and cardiff.

just downloaded and watched the championship show torrent from ITV.

extended highlights of Southampton versus birmingham and all the other goals from the division.

Pintado's effort for swansea was a bit special.

2-0 up and throw it away!!!

went to make coffee with 15 to go, came back and Norwich had 2.

took mcormack off immediately after his second too.
    2 points lost there.

all count at the end of the day.

    Coventry 0
    Bristol 3

    that one surprises me.

    ahh well, do the ayatollah.

We were shit. Referee was awful but you can't blame it just on that. Bristol City were by far the better side and took their goals well.

Fucking Adebola had to score the first as well didn't he!!!
