I for one would not put much emphasis on a President's ability to use a PC or surf the internet. I'm sure the need will not arise to use the internet to make "informed" decisions. McCain may be somewhat an anachronism regarding the internet but for me it's his inability to comprehend the world has changed and requires a different way of approaching US foriegn policy.
