Fuck books and other BS.
It's simple:
EAT LESS, MOVE MORE.
It's not rocket science. Going on different programs is a BS way of avoiding the real problem, unless you have a medical condition, you eat too much and don't move enough. Put that in reverse and you'll lose weight, it won't be fun, it won't be easy, your lazy tendiences will be telling you to stop, go back to eating too much while not moving enough. Don't listen to them.
Eat until you are close being full 3 times a day.
Exercise at any opportunuties - no need to start jogging and shit, just go for a walk once or twice a day, walk up and down stairs instead of elevators etc etc.
Also don't eat after 18:30.
Take a look at yourself after 2 months and you'll really see the difference. And feel the difference too.
To recap:
Eat til just about full 3 times a day.
Change your routines to get as much daily exercise as you can.
Don't eat after 18:30.
Don't listen to your laziness telling you to sit, relax, and eat a pack of chocolate cream biscuits.
