Dunno what Virginia scrapple is, but I def agree on the top three items. Dam difficult to get Alaska salmon and crab even in Vancouver. Lots of the salmon sold here is Atlantic, too. Fek, we got an ocean full of salmon right here.
I'm planning on frying fresh halibut this week. It's the season!
