obama is not the messiah, he is a politician. you don't become a US senator and then the nominee for president, without making tough political decisions.
and of course he can still claim to be the 'change' candidate even though he made this speech to aipac....it was a good move....he got some jewish votes, goodwill in the media, and silenced the GOP talking point about the being the candidate supported by hamas.....and i doubt if he lost more than a handful of supporters because of what he said.
