    Let's eat Gumbo!

    We cooked Gumbo another day and it tasted just great so wanna share with you guys.

    Just flour and oil, fried together till it's getting dark like this;

    Some veggie (onion too, look at the up right corner of this pic);

    We did it with pork before so let's try chicken and hot dog (I don't like it) this time;

    Put everything together;

    Followed by these stuff;

    Then left it on a stove for about 40 min to 1 hr then it looked like this (hot dog just ruined the look);

    Now, we have another dish to eat with Gumbo, forgot what it's called but not so difficult, just boiled potatos (thanks Happyman);

    Put some boiled eggs, mustard (thanks Jizzybloke) and put mayonnaise in it then mixed them together;

    Finished! It's time to eat now;
    (eat it with rice, it's just great!)

    It tasted really good, I kid you not.

    The next gonna be Lasagna... hehehe...

    Just those stuff in those small bottles. I can't remember everything though but something like garlic powder, peppers, etc.

    Yeah, I've got some of these fancy farang-flavour bottles to add that extra something too.

    Afraid that you also forgot that Tomatos are red with skin and seeds.
    In the real world we call these things potatos- just a minor point but it could make all the difference to the final dish .

    Never had heard of Gumbo before, for any dummies reading this that are as baffled as I was its a stew or soup originating in Louisiana, which is somewhere in the good old US of A.

    Ah, that explains the small bottle with the 'Cajun' label amongst the "stuff" to be sprinkled in.
