Now that the police hunt has been scaled back, what are the chances of his safe return? I was rather hoping that his disappearance might have spawned a nationwide campaign, with special Asbo T-shirts, posters and sponsored walks.
Still, there is hope. It has been revealed that a number of councils are using anti-terrorism powers to mount surveillance operations on "notorious dog-fouling hotspots". Perhaps Asbo will be caught on camera doing an illegal whoopsie. |
