This place is fast becoming the cesspit of western Europe. Nothing wrong with the country its self, just the people running it. Theyve even started fortnightly rubbish collections in most areas (yet the council tax is rising above inflation). No wonder his bin was over flowing. Having said that, he should think about recycling more. There should be a great big sign on this country saying "OUT OF ORDER". I`m seriously considering becoming an immigrant, and moving in with the "jocks" or "Taffs".
