Yes, thats what he says alright, but no one, at least the general public has really heard what he thinks or will do or is like,, well they have heard some, but it has been denied and was saying it was a mistake and not really his own ideas.
We have to remember he is a politician and what he says into a mike is not what is really going on in his head. He is selling a product..
