| I guess that there are very few anymore who actually know how the US govt. works and who keeps things in check.
The Prez can do nothing without the blessings of congress, he can not spend a dime nor do anything else, even if he uses the narrow ways for him to do something and does it, it can soon be rescinded by congress.
