How about a grilled caprese napoleon on quinoa in a hollowed out eggplant. Finished with parm (unless you need me to make it vegan). But try my steak first.

^they call pradipat 10 pracha nimit as well, this is some thing that pisses me off daily when I have to try to give directions to my place. If anyone knows who in the Thai gov. I have to bribe to have this changed, please let me know.

I'll let you know my rates later...Originally Posted by Timber

Actually for the purposes of directions the first one is the best as it has street names and actual landmarks to go by..Landmarks being oh so important to the laymen and first timers or visitors who obviously wouldn't know the area as well as the long timers....Or have difficulty reading the small and sometimes absent street signs and given the time of day/evening one might be seeking your establishment they also have to deal with heavy traffic and dwindling daylight as distractions..
Silent but deadly.....

Now, I understand you're primarily a steak house, but consider - many veggies are partners of meat eaters or have friends or family that are meat eaters (I was the lone veggie in such groups for 10 years). While I would (& did) fairly happily eat baked potato & salad while everyone else was tucking into their steak/chicken/whatever at steak restaurants, comments like that would have had me boycotting the place - which would have meant the meat eaters wouldn't come & spend money either.
I didn't know you were a veggie, I'm sorry for being insensitive. I like to be casual about my place. I meant the "shame veggie" comment as a joke completely. Look at my food, don't you think I love vegetables? I had a veggie meal for breakfast today, almost, it did have a slight amount of minced clam w/juice. Really though, my apologies for my comments. I hope you come in so I can put something together for you.
I've looked at the way you talk about food on some posts and assumed you were omnivorous. Lets trade some veggie recipes, maybe you got some good menu ideas?
