As for this Reverend, I don't understand it when religious leaders make political and historical statements.

He talks about Nagasaki and Hiroshima - more Japanese died from the firebombings. Remember the "Potsdam Ultimatum?" It was an ultimatum to Emperor Hirohito, and he rejected it.

This reverend is another buffoon who uses his religious pulpit to spread his political and racial views.

I read The Bell Curve in 1995 and it was very interesting.

A very small portion of the book is about race, but the issue was researched.
Controversy, and challenges. East Asians have the highest non-verbal (math) IQs, and the Ashkenazins Jews had the highest overall IQs, according to their research. I highly recommend this book.

Remember, race is a small part of it. This book on intelligence focuses on many different groups based on many different things that are not related to race and ethnicity.

^ Yes, I agree on all counts, MM about the Japanese stuff and the pastor stuff. I've been to church a few times with a neighbour (no temples around here) and it's all about love, forgiveness and compassion. Some nice hymns and stuff, too. I thought America was about separation of church and state. I don't need diatribes and screaming and ranting on a Sunday morn.

Even assuming blacks were intellectually inferior (which I don't believe for a second) this isn't about blacks. It's about an individual. What are his qualifications? What is his education?
