Could the answer make any difference to the claim that whites don't dare criticise the "black community" because of the many (high portion of) criminals and welfare recipients there?

I asked because I have been to Watts (with black friends) to visit a black friend. I had to crouch down on the floor in the back seat of the car and then wear a shawl covering my face when we arrived. Now that Richardson is backing Obama (and I am sure he will be selected as running mate -- oh, I did say that already a long time ago, dinnit I, Chintee?) the race issue is going to take over this whole election. Blacks and hispanics (who largely hate each other about as much as they hate whites) voting against anything white. This is going to get really messy if Obama wins. As I also said before, I do not think he will live to see election day. I really hope I am wrong on that one.

A key prob with Bambi's 20-year relationship with this pastor is his judgement with staying on with this church for so long. I doubt Wright preached loving sermons based on several clips I saw. let's be clear....this isn't about religion, it's about race---and more accurately the divisive politicization of race. because that's the only arrow in the republican quiver that has even the slightest chance of damaging the candidacy of barack obama.

and in the end they will fail, because while the american people have the tendency to be distracted by the shiny penny, they eventually come to their senses (notice iraq) and look at thing critically. by the time the election comes in november, most americans will be rolling their eyes at this pathetic attempt to demonize obama because of something someone he knows said.
