| Try and eat a decent breakfast as well. Also consume your fat content for the day in the morning so your body metabolises it through the day rather than storing it up in the evening.
Breakfast for me just now is
Oatmeal with honey and a banana.
either
Half a bagel with marmite and a boiled egg on the side
or two boiled eggs and an apple.
keeps me going from about 6am until 10:30 or so when I eat another banana or apple which tides me over until lunch time.
