But if you wanna be lazy about losing weight then the way to do it is through
portion control, instead of eating three large meals a day eat five small ones.
You'll get hungrier quicker, but then just eat something small again. simple.
Low carbohydrates too, lesss bread, less rice and less pasta.
And once again, don't worry about getting hungry again soon because you can eat another small portion again.
Also, you'll literally feel your tastebuds return too.
